         <description><![CDATA[<p>I agree with that the UBC Learning Exchange helps UBC students to be better global citizenships, because they promote to connect us with the Downtown Eastside issues and be a personally responsible citizens through the volunteer work. </p><p>And also, in Matt’s presentation, I learned that the Downtown Eastside is said the poorest area in Vancouver, but they are connected by strong community. I want to know more about how he helps them. </p>]]></description>
