Substitution 
y=60-x
      4x+2(60-x)=202

                     -120=-120

               divide 82 with 2
                           x=41

4) Since x equals the number of 4 person tent,  subtracting 60 (total number of tents) with 41, it will be 19, 19 tents with 2 people in each. 19 times 2 is 38, 41 times 4 is 164.
