         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>How will you access subject database through Library?</strong><br>First you go to the Bolton website, www.bolton.ac.uk, then click on the connect, this brings a drop-down list, then select student hub.<br>Secondly, you click on Library, under the quick links, click on database<br>this then brings you to an Ato Z list of databases,<br>this allows you to browse through any subject, database, etc.<br><br><strong>List five databases related to Civil Engineering – Provide details<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>Scopus: This is a large database providing abstracts and citation of research literature and quality web sources.&nbsp;</li><li>Specify- It:&nbsp; this is a Full-text product and supplier documentation relating to building and civil engineering.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Science direct: Science Direct is a large database providing full-text journal articles. Its coverage is multi-disciplinary, but strongest in science and technology&nbsp;</li><li>Construction Information Service:&nbsp; The Construction Information Service provides electronic access to standards, regulatory and advisory documents for the UK construction industry. There are more than 25000 documents available.&nbsp;</li><li>ICE Virtual Library:&nbsp; ICE Virtual Library from ICE Publishing,&nbsp; is the most comprehensive online civil engineering resource in the world. where one can explore archives back to 1836, browse ICE Publishing's internationally renowned journals and access over 1500 eBooks to find the information needed.<br><br><strong><br><br></strong><br></li></ul>]]></description>
