      <title>Reflection: ELA Writing
As we reflect on our writing instruction this year, I&#39;d like to gather your insights to enhance our approach for next year. What aspects of our writing program were particularly effective? Which elements would benefit from refinement? What new strategies might we consider implementing? Your constructive feedback will help us build on our successes while addressing opportunities for growth. by AN NGUYEN</title>
