So I have made it a goal to be fierce, to face this ugliness and push against this harm. Ex. In doing an open house I offered, one family made a nasty comment about another. Sometimes this is ignorance and if we aren't careful, we will become divided. I had to be careful and show the other family that I respect them and don't tolerate discrimination against anyone. One child in a teacher’s classroom is coming to school with light clothing in cold weather. Teacher has issue with communication with family about it. Others recommend—
Another teacher reported her issue is opposite that children come too bundled up:)!  
That teacher said she responds to parent with observation—I noticed that he is cold (or hot) in the classroom. 
The first teacher feels uncomfortable talking with family because they let their child come less dressed because she thinks the child is choosing his clothing and not dressing warm enough—so this issue and teacher’s discomfort is about parenting practices as well as health concerns for child.
