Dad- When I am in the process of hiring someone, the first thing that comes to notice is their clothing. Clothing is also a way to give off a good first impression. It is a way to show that the interview is very important to you and you're taking it serious. Your clothing should always we formal and simple, not very bright colored. It also depends on what you are interviewing for, making it important for you to understand the appropriate clothing for that specific job.
Older cousin- The first thing no to do is wear flip-flops. I made that mistake countless of time when I was younger, knowing my goal was to just get a job. As obvious as it would look, I never thought it was a bad idea. Now that I take interviews seriously, knowing how important they are, I make sure my clothing could help me as well. I always keep it casual whether it would be a dress or a pantsuit. As much as I love makeup, having a neutral look is very important. And of course, make sure you aren't wearing flip-flops, wear heels or any shoes that aren't very bright colored.

Mom- Dress presentable by having hair pinned up. Dress shoes are a must. Wear a suit and dress up heels. Have a simple, but presentable purse not just any kind. Also, no accessories if possible, maybe earrings if any. It really depends on the job though, so in general dressing up a bit more than usual is good enough.
Auntie, My mom's sister- Depends on the job. Her son who went to work in restaurant he wore normal dress shoes, dress shirt, no ties, and black shoes, and black pants, No jewelry or sunglasses. Not exaggerated just presentable. She said to wear comfortable outfits because interviewers are watching how you act, so wearing uncomfortable clothes you might come off as nervous. When she gets interviewed she wears dress pants, shirt, and shoes. No makeup at all, and no jewelry. No ripped clothes. Don't dress weird or out of place for what your job requires. No belts if possible. She knows someone who went dressed up for an interview and she got rejected because she dressed up too much the interviewer said she looked like she was trying to model which was not a compliment. Another example is waiters working in shrimp restaurants, that may even be high class, they look for woman to dress very feminine and very well done, they don't necessarily look for woman dressed in suits in order to draw clients even though families still go to these restaurants. In other places though like really family oriented places the waiters are expected to dress well, so it depends.
