         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ohio Marijuana Legalization Initiative.<br>It would legalize the limited sale and use of recreational and medicinal marijuana, and create 10 facilities with exclusive rights to commercially grow the drug.<br>Anyone 21 and over could use, possess, and grow marijuana. <br>Taxes on marijuana sales would generate more than $550 million and 85% would be given to local governments for them to use on their own.</div>]]></description>
