From 2013 through present day, I’ve been attending concerts. Before my license, I was restricted to just Chicago area shows unless I could find someone willing to drive out of state. After my license, I have traveled throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana with plans to throw in Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, and Ohio with more to come eventually.

- The tickets i buy range in price between $15 per ticket, and $150 per ticket.
- If given the chance, I will almost always buy meet and greet tickets. This can range from $30 to $150.
- I usually save up about $150 to buy merchandise.
- Out of state concerts usually cost more than in state, be suse out of state usually requires a hotel and more gas purchases.
- Merchandise prices change depending on the area. The more out you go, the more the prices go up. Chicago has average prices, but Milwaukee is cheaper.
- If I had to guess how much I have spent on concert tickets and concert related stuff between my first concert in 2013 and present day, I’d put the amount at about $5,000. Everything was paid for with money I earned, money I saved, or was a gift from family.

- First time I drove to a concert, I forgot to put the car in park. I turned the car off while it was in drive, kept my foot on the brake and tried to get the keys out. It didn’t work. My dad realized my error and to this day still reminds me to out the car in park everytime we go to shows.
