         <description><![CDATA[<div>(Q1) If you want to measure the length of a pencil, you wouldn't measure it in meters because the pencil is too small.  If you wanted to measure the weight of a truck, you wouldn't use ounces because ounces are too small.<br>(Q2) You can be influenced on how to measure by size and how heavy the item is.  A paper clip would't be measured in meters because it isn't even 1 meter long.  </div>]]></description>
