What does it look like? Physical symptoms of stress may include: aches and pains, chest pain or a feeling like your heart is racing, exhaustion or trouble sleeping, headaches, dizziness or shaking. How can we deal with this stress? Exercise,relax your muscles, deep breathe, eat well, make time for hobbies, or talk about your problems.</p>]]></description>

Social stress can be defined as a situation which threatens one's relationships, esteem, or sense of belonging within a group, or larger social context. What does social stress look like? Social Stress can look like worry about embarrassing or humiliating yourself, intense fear of interacting or talking with strangers, fear that others will notice that you look anxious, fear of physical symptoms that may cause you embarrassment, such as sweating, trembling or having a shaky voice. How can we deal with this stress? Socialize with other, eat health, get exercise and enough sleep, aviod any alcohol or drugs.</p>]]></description>
