uRoman art is the Roman Empire's form of statues. Everyone used them for decoration. They were important because it gave the land some decoration in times of war. It is important to the modern era because without it, we wouldn't have the Statue of Liberty. The Romans stole the statue idea from Greece, but made them more realistic with warts and wrinkles.

Roman math was their currency, where romans developed the ability to count coins. It was used by everyone to buy goods. Without it, people couldn't buy food and water. We developed a currency system like theirs using coins to buy goods. They didn't steal the idea from Greece, but the Roman currency could be used to buy things from Greece.

Roman literature was pretty much all poems. Most everyone heard or read poetry and it was used by reading characters on paper or hearing it from a story teller. Without it Rome would be more boring and would lack sources of entertainment. Poetry has evolved today into things like acrostic or haiku. The Romans used Greek works and stories to base off their writing.

One of the most important parts of Roman Science is anatomy, or cutting open dead animals and humans to see what was in them. Doctors used it by making a large incision into the body and opening it up to see organs and bones. This was important because you could figure out what causes diseases and illnesses. We still use this today to look at modern diseases. Romans pretty much completely stole this idea when the scientist Galen brought it back from Greece.
