Energy is what the whole world is made of, like us. Energy transfer means that changing one item to another item, and moving from one place to another. Energy transformation is a little different because energy can not be created or destroyed but it can change forms. The law of conservation of energy means that energy can not be created for deatroyed.

Mechanical energy is used to lift, hold, and move objects. Electrical energy is energy carried by charged particles also known as electrons. Sound energy is energy carried by sound waves. Thermal energy is associated with tempature and is made up of tiny particles called atoms. Light/ radiant energy is carried by light and light usually refers to visible light. Chemical energy is energy stored within the bonds between atoms bonded together.

Can energy change? Yes energy can change. For example a ball bouncy turns chemical energy into sound energy. Can energy be created or destroyed? No energy can not be created or destroyed because the law of conservation of energy says nothing can disappear and reappear. In a chemical equation the energy that goes in must come out on the other side. Can object transfer more than one type of energy? Yes an object can transfer more than one type of energy like a pot transfers thermal energy and sound energy.
