I was arrange the goods at racks. Meanwhile, I need to memorise each type of products. The difficult things for me is I need to recognise each medicine for each uses and advantages the product when we used it. I need to memorise all the descriptions of the medicine that I used to know. Although it’s hard for me to memorise all, I jotted down all the terms that I don’t know and make a book full of informations of medicine. By that, I can memorise all the medicine easily and I can refer it when I forgot the uses of the medicines. After tired treats the customers, I can take a short break and taking any foods. Everyday, we have challenges such as lack of rest because we need to treats customers that coming nonstop. It feel so exhausted and full of stress. At the end of night, they closed the pharmacy at 9.30 pm and cleaned off the floor before go home. I need to check all the switch and locked the glass racks. They need to take a moisturiser to keep they skin healthy. So, we will give them Vaseline or cream for skin. It’s easily when they not raging us. All the experiences teach me to be a good worker and be alert when someone need your help. It realise me that experiences and knowledges is important in our life. Moreover, the experiences teach me how to handle people when they were lack of respect to others. I learnt how to cope all the situations such as critical time to the workers when too much customers need to handle. After settle all the customer demand, it’s release us more and we get more profit when the pharmacy full of customers.
