Note: Wing Clips is a good resource if you’re struggling to think of something.

Create a post for each stage of prejudice (antilocution, avoidance, discrimination, physical attack, extermination). 

You will make 5 posts total, and must make at least one post in each column. 

You may not use the same clip as another group, so look over the current posts before making your own.

The title of your post should be the stage of prejudice you are focusing on and the names of your group members.

The body of your post should include the clip itself, along with a 2-3 sentence explanation of how this clip demonstrates this stage of prejudice or is working to combat this stage of prejudice.

It is centered around one case who the man was convicted with little to no evidence, and seemed impossible to save, but a lawyer brings justice to this man and protests against the discrimination he faces. It is the story of Charlie Howard, who was from Maine, and was beaten up in the summer of 1984 before being thrown over the edge of a 15 foot tall bridge and drowning in the stream below. This scene is where some young kids beat up the joker and steal his sign for being different. This type of bullying and harmful acts towards the disliked persons is discrimination. The joker is severely injured and beaten up and left in an alley, and later on loses his job due to the lost sign.
