         <title>Da Vinci Bridge</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The experiment that I chose was to create a Da Vinci bridge, a famous bridge model created by Leonardo Da Vinci. Mine was created with a handful of pencils and some rubber bands (pencils are fairly slick, and I used the rubber bands like notches to hold the pencils). While I could get the first couple of steps done pretty well, building on the bridge and making it longer was a difficulty, in part because of the pencils I was using. I liked the challenge, adjusting where the pencils would connect and where I would place the rubber bands to try to get everything to hold together, but in the end that became a bigger annoyance than anything. It was interesting to work with architecture and a model as famous as it was, because architecture and Leonardo Da Vinci are both subjects I don't touch on a lot. </p>]]></description>
