When I go to bed, I usually brush my teeth at 8:00 o’clock after dinner, but sometimes I forget it and then I have to get up in the middle of the night to do so. Occasionally, when I'm too lazy, I set up an alarm just for that. On the other hand, there is one thing I'll never be able to do, and it is washing my face before bed, because that always wakes me up. In the morning, I always wake up and immediately and take a shower, I usually put on shorts and a t-shirt, sometimes I wear a formal dress when I have to go to work. I often have eggs for breakfast, but always I must drink a delicious coffee.

To start with we need the ingredients:

2 pieces chicken-

2 red tomatoes-

2 onion-

1 tablespoon paprika-

2 cloves garlic, crushed-

3 potatoes peeled-

First of all, remove the skin from the chicken pieces, next add two cloves’ garlic, crushed and salt and pepper. After that in a pot fry two chicken pieces with two tablespoons olive oil, just for seven minutes. Later grate two red tomatoes and two onion and then add the pot. Afterwards add three potatoes peeled and one tablespoon paprika. Last of add enough water to cover the cooking and let boil for about fifteen minutes.

On the other hand, frequency adverbs and the step-by-step of a typical dish help a lot to loosen up in grammar. The exercises in simple Present, Simple Past, or Past progressive help a lot in understanding. I like this work dynamic.

English is the language of the world, now it is not a luxury but a necessity. Knowing how to speak English opens many doors for you here in your native country and also abroad.

In all aspects it contributes, as professionals and in areas such as sociology in my case, it is important to speak and understand English, since it is a limiting factor for interaction with other people who speak another language.
