         <description><![CDATA[<div>Connect<br>As, of and for assessment can be contradictory in effect so teachers need to be clear on the purpose of assessment. <br>Process of authentic assessment involves engaging students in constructing essential knowledge, sharing clear targeted rubrics with specific guidance on levels of performance and providing differentiated levels of guidance according to students need. <br><br>Extend<br>To maximize the potential of Q3 initiative of reducing assessment with a focus on only two criteria (all strands), lessons can explicitly introduce, model, practise and reflect on success criteria and future goals for improvement so when summative assessment takes place, students are already clear on the criteria and exemplary.<br><br>Challenge<br>To clearly write rubric descriptors to make explicit how to achieve various levels of performance</div>]]></description>

But the students level, the learning resources and the enviroment  are different. <br>-Rubrics: PYP teachers need to desgin the rubrics by themselves, but if some of the teachers  are not familiar with designing the rubrics it should be a challenge for them. </div>]]></description>
