That can be a very disturbing thought now that I think about it. Food with pesticides and It may be considered good for us and it may be considered okay for us to eat but genetics processed in MY food. No thank you. I really don't think that genetically  modified foods are as good for you as organic foods are for you. I really hope that one day all our food will be like it was in 1913 when all the food was owned by the farmer and NOT the government. So if the government makes it to where that the farmers cant have seedsfrom  GM plants then so what? We have organically grown crops.

I think everyone should know what is in thier food and it is the companie's job to tell everyone.If they are not telling peoeple what is in thier food, then where is the trust in between the society and the food companies. I don't know why anyone would want want to put GMOs in our food. Is it only to gain more money? They say it is feeding hungry people but what is it they are feeding them? The people who put GMOs in our food should ask themseves one question: would I want to eat this? The answer to that question is no for anyone who cares about what they put into thier bodies and thier famillie's bodies. I for one would say this stuff is not supposed to be put into our bodies. Other options we have are to just simply make more human food that was meant to be put into our bodies. Another way is to give some of our food  to countries it will really help. Starvation. We could bioengineer food that could be sent from USA to Africa or other 3rd world countries that need fresh food. The cons of GMOs are that they aren't the best thing for our bodies. They can cause harmful effects like allergens, increased toxicity, decreased nutrition, and antibiotic resistance.
