To expand, one may frequently use technology but could be more than less un- aqcuainted with the tools available to them. In contrast, one who uses a simple program such as a photo editing app opposed to somoen who is comfortable suing photoshop CS5.

People choose tools they are most comfortable with and it should not matter how complex or simple they may be. Different tools are used for different jobs, and used for different tasks and I believe whatever tools are available for someone to use is what they will use.
