They thought  all of useless waste will degenerate themselves. That could be possible at theirs era. Nowadays plastic became useful material but it doesn’t degenerate. But our people are littering just like old habits from our ancestors. That mean we are still using waste management or littering behavior from our stereotypes and sharing again to our new generation. Hence our communities or citizens are lack of waste awareness and their attitude had been filled with no duty, no responsibility for the waste littering style. They are assuming that  it's non of their business. In spite of the fact people are freely and easily littering everywhere. They don't know about consequences of waste littering process. So, they can't lose what they never have.
