         <description><![CDATA[<div>The executive powers contain the power to make executive orders which don't have to be approved by congress and become regulations basically law for federal agencies. With this power the president also generally controls the focus of the government. The president also controls the governments spending with approval from congress to limit his power.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Presidents have to see every bill that is trying to be passed so the power is equal ,and he can sign it in ten days and if the president doesn't approve of the bill he can veto that bill. When a bill is vetoed the president sends a message back with the bill with a critique to make the bill better and the legislation will have to revote on the changes made. With a veto the only people that can over ride this is congress with two-thirds votes</div>]]></description>
