I understand that research on speech analysis is ongoing and that Callyope itself is in its "infancy." However, I am excited and hopeful that this technology is developed appropriately and becomes available to improve patient outcomes and health overall. Cybersecurity and protection of our patient's healthcare information is a current threat now and will be into the future. I do approve of Callyope's goal to limit private information from being shared within the company itself and with healthcare providers, by striving to only provide a report generated by its speech analysis processes. This could facilitate a patient sharing their fully genuine answers to the assessment questions. It could also provide less risk of unauthorized access to sensitive patient on the healthcare provider's end by it simply not being available or shared.

1. Harmony : As a harmonizer, I would work to minimize conflict between teammates. Inevitably conflict will arise within a group, even in the most carefully curated team. In working to find a common ground or area of consensus, I could minimize time wasted on conflict and create an atmosphere of understanding and tolerance between all team members.

2. Developer : As a developer, I enjoy identifying and growing potential in others. It is easy for me to note improvements in others and to celebrate with them in their "wins." I invest a lot of time and energy into those around me in order for them to achieve. Their individual success ultimately leads to the success of the entire team.

3. Consistency : In having the strength of consistency, I am aware of the need to treat the people on my team in the same way every time. I would set clear goals and would hold all team members accountable by the same measure. This would help to promote a sense of equality and level expectations in all team members.

4. Relator : In being a relator, I would foster close relationships with my teammates. This would serve to promote a strong sense of satisfaction in all members working as a group and in achieving our goals. A happy team would meet, and likely exceed expectations, and feel a deep sense of satisfaction in doing so together.

5. Empathy : In having a strong sense of empathy, I would fostor a customized approach to each teammate. Having empathy would build trust between myself and others.

1. Alice, the Achiever: Having a hard worker is invaluable to any project or goal. An achiever enjoys accomplishing their goals and could serve to motivate their other teammates to do so, as well.

2. Faith, the Futuristic Thinker: A futuristic thinker would serve to inspire our team with the possibilities of the future. As the project at hand would include a lot of new technologies and ideas, futuristic thinking is a must on this team.

3. Izzie with their Input: Izzie would be an invaluable source of knowledge with their drive to collect knowledge, excellent memory, and a mind for details. Every team needs data and information to achieve their goals, otherwise, their work would be misguided and may never come to completion.

4. Andrew, the Activator: Some times the hardest part of a project is just getting started. Andrew exceeds at putting thoughts into action. He would also have good insight in how best to start a project.

5. Carter, the Communicator: One of the hardest things for me is putting my thoughts eloquently into words. Carter excels in presenting ideas and conversation. He would be invaluable in presenting the final product of the teams hard work.
