Avoid alcohol and drugs, wear your seatbelt, practice safe sex (abstinence, birth control, commitment)<br>Physical Fitness: Get the recommended amount of physical activity (60 minutes for teens). Yoga is an easy way to fulfill this need. <br>Stress Management: Set aside time to do things that make you happy (reading, listening to music, etc)<br>Nutrition: Eat a balanced diet, snack healthily (fruit, vegetables, yogurt, nuts, etc.) <br>Self Responsibility: Study for school, show up for work and school on time, manage stress.</div>]]></description>
