The programme or workshop would allow the teachers to come together and assist one another with the knowledge that they have of websites that can help with lesson plans, classroom management and classroom decoration(YouTube, Pinterest, Twinkl SA, etc). The senior teachers can learn from the younger teachers when it comes to technology.
