1. Monday.com

• Monday.com is a project management and collaboration tool for

teams. A company's operations and personnel must be

streamlined. It is vital to have a platform that can handle

anything. It's critical to have a program that generates a virtual

workplace where you can manage, track, and organize all of your

work.

2. Asana

• Asana can act as your virtual office or workspace once you've

hired staff or gathered your team from other sources. You may

use Asana to organize your thoughts, delegate tasks,

communicate, and link to shared files. It's the next best thing to

working in the same building.

3. Cloud Storage

• This acts as a repository for files that you create, save, and

discuss during the development process. Everyone may use it,

and Asana, as previously indicated, has a direct connectivity to

Google Drive. You won't need to log into Google Drive again

once you've created the document and attached it.

4. Appear.in

• Appear.in has made logging in for video conversations with your

team a lot easier. It's done away with competitors' clumsy logins

and instead sends you to a simple URL. Users can create their

own audio and video conferencing "room" and ask others to join

them.

5. Confluence

• This is mostly a repository for internal documents that you and

your team may require. Here you may keep track of team

meetings, memos, and other important information. It works in a

similar way to a lot of other knowledge base software.

CORTEZ, CZARINA JOY M.
