         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the Blue Zone article, it was mentioned more than once that in different regions that one of the keys to maintaining long healthy lives is to spend time daily in meditation or reflection. For 10 days keep a mindful/meditation/reflection journal. 10 minutes per day for 10 days, students can: 1.&nbsp; set a timer and sit quietly while reflecting on the day. 2. set a timer and journal for 10 mins, reflect on the day in writing. 3. find a guided meditation for 10 mins (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZToicYcHIOU). Record the date that each activity was completed and what it was. (All journaling can be private, there is no need to share, unless the student wants to.)  </div>]]></description>
