         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is a dangerous road to attach sense of self-worth to  external successes.By fixating on external successes, most people think that if they achieve these goals, they have succeeded. Ancient Stoics provide several different ways of thinking to avoid this trap.<br>Besides, they believe that virtue is happiness. Judgement should rely on ourselves and responses.<br>1.Much of what happens is out of our control，although try our best. Your sense of success and self-worth should not tie to something out of control.<br>2.Focus on the activity, not the outcome. There are other factors that play a role in the pursuit of a goal and you just need to try your best to the goal.<br>3.True value resides inside, not outside. A calm ,rational and consistent mind can benefit us. Try to focus on cultivating the right frame of mind.<br><br></div>]]></description>
