Our cohort included ~25 TDH employees from across the state and sessions covered a variety of personal and team growth concepts. The main benefits of CLA for me were:

    • Forming relationships with other TDH employees, especially those outside Central Office/CEDEP (where I work)

    • Building a repository of high-quality resources I can refer back to in the future.

    • Implementing techniques we learned in the workshops with my own team
