• Determine readiness, fit and feasibility of the coaching approach for FSP’s (who, what, when, where and how).​

• Identify FSP’s for coaching. ​

• Develop a support system for follow-up and delivery of relationship-based practices.​

• Set up or modify data systems to support document logs and progress.​

• Review and adjust implementation team membership, as needed. ​

• Identify critical elements for implementation (technology, travel, etc.).​

• Complete a trial run of coaching approach components with identified FSP’s. ​

• Use the feedback from participants to improve delivery. ​

• Launch the approach as part of regular program professional development for FSP’s. ​

• Collect data for internal monitoring and assessment. ​

• Continue to make improvements.​
