I agree, having feedback from project group members on actual course content and layout is very helpful.
I think that viewing the layout of others is helpful for sparking creativity as well.

On that note: Alana, your video is fantastic! 
A few things that may help: slow it down a bit. The areas where you had a full sentence in the text box, I couldn't read it all before it cut away. 
I would also eliminate the moving graphics around the words as it makes it hard to focus. 
I like the idea of panning across the images, but again I would slow it down a little, I got some mild motion sickness from the speed for the movement...but that may just be me ;)
