I believe it would be helpful if the Group Project team would provide feedback regarding clarity of my class shell. It is helpful to have another perspective. I just want to make sure the layout is clear for the students, especially those who are new to online courses.

Thanks, Michelle, for starting the Padlet conversation. Based on the need for additional group feedback on my class layout, I hope that I'll gain insight into my design style and formatting across a range of computers and devices. For instance, since I'm embedding my own animations, I'd like to know if they play successfully on my group mates' computers.

Hi Everyone!
I agree, having feedback from project group members on actual course content and layout is very helpful.
I think that viewing the layout of others is helpful for sparking creativity as well.

On that note: Alana, your video is fantastic!
A few things that may help: slow it down a bit. The areas where you had a full sentence in the text box, I couldn't read it all before it cut away.
I would also eliminate the moving graphics around the words as it makes it hard to focus.
I like the idea of panning across the images, but again I would slow it down a little, I got some mild motion sickness from the speed for the movement...but that may just be me ;)
I hope that helps! But again, amazing overall!!!

Hello All! Emily Talley here. Same as you have all noted, valid feedback is very helpful as I have never taught online before. Open to hear any suggestions or advice for newer instructors ! Also, Alana, great video! However, was there music or any sound included? I had my volume all the way up and was unsure if there was sound.

Hi Everyone. First, how'd y'all get the background color?? Anyway, I was thinking I would like to get to know my project group a little more before we actually launch the project. One way might be if our small project groups simply "agree" to check-in regularly (using just our group discussion board), say on Fridays, to offer feedback or tips on the particular assignments that week (or just offer encouragement!). Just an idea ...

Feedback is openly welcomed (and VERY needed.) Thanks!
