I also like the webbing on top that allows you to hang it up. I also like that it keeps the shape that the bag originally had and simply adds things to make it useful as a backpack, rather than doing a lot of different shapes the way that the others do. I do think it needs a zipper to keep the rain out, though, at least on top.
