Problem: Back then No Native americans had the same rights as white people. since segregation and jim crow laws were placed no african american could go near whites or even think about having to do the same job, hobbies, or even activities as white people. A lot of people would tend to make fun of african americans because of their skin color or what they looked like. african american couldn't even drink out of the same water fountain as whites or even sit with or near whites on the bus. If people saw an african american playing with a white kid they would have to get separated. sometimes even african americans weren't even allowed in some stores too.

The Talented 10th started one of the first groups that wanted racism and segregation to go. Their leader W.E.B. Du Bois was a leader in all sorts of ways But this way was his best way yet he was a writer of W.E.B. Du Bois wrote all about racism and how we could prevent it and stop it from getting worse. He also went from the Talented 10th to going to the (Naacp) in 1910 and he became the naacp's director of publicity and research and starting the organization's first official journal the Crisis in 1910.

the solution was in 1933 when franklin D roosevelt's new deal provided more federal support to african americans and it also gave them more jobs and more opportunities for their career. Another solution was in the mid 30's when NAACP launched a new campaign to give african americans education. Even though the african americans and whites couldn't be together the african americans still got to have education rights.

Back in the 1900's racism and segregation was very different from today. It was very different because they had the Jim crow laws and segregation and those allowed african americans to do almost nothing in their world. they weren't allowed to go to the same school, jobs, neighborhood or nothing they couldn't even be friends with whites. In today's time it is a lot different African american can do all the stuff they could not do in the 1900's they could vote, they could go to the same school they could live in the same neighborhood and they could hang out with anyone they want. this time period vs the 1900's is much different with all the problems and solutions.

back then they accomplished way more than we have today. The accomplished more because the actually got their african americans more rights and got education for them. But today we are just backing up everything that happened back then. we are just making sure that new segregation and jim crow laws don't come back and hurt our african americans. Again back then they actually fought for the rights while today we sit back and watch what append back in that time period instead of making better solutions in this world today.

Today racism is not as bad as it was back then but it still does exist. people still have to through it. People sometimes won't be allowed in places or even around places. Some people can't even find a job sometimes if the racism in that area is bad. But other than that there is really not a lot of racism in this world today All of the african americans have the same rights as whites do and can do all the stuff that a white american can do too.

Today reformers Are a lot different than back then because there was not a lot of individual people but instead there were a lot 3 organizations. Some of the organizations are The NAACP and Iowa state university and another university is called Delaware. The NAACP was running for a long time so they are one of the biggest organizations in the world and they are still trying to make everyone equal with rights and everyone healthy. The colleges Iowa and Delaware are doing the same thing with trying to make everyone have the same rights and everyone equal, with opportunity 's to get jobs and houses.

Today there is not a lot of solution's because everything was solved back Then but today we still fight for problems like back in 2020 to 2021 Where we had black lives matter we had to do a lot of work to try to sort that out and try to get everyone OK. Today we don't have huge problems with racism but we have little ones that pop up once and a while and we have to take a break and solve it to make everyone better so we can all be on the same page and be a better community.
