Teachers are acting as mere facilitators, aiming at providing them with authentic, need based instructions, cooperative and collaborative learning through an active, democratic and child friendly approach. It is also a concept comparatively reverse to the traditional teaching pedagogy. The model assists in boosting students' interest, commitment, confidence and innovative ability. </div>]]></description>
