what went well - autonomy in my day to day task completion

What did not go well - communication was challenging due to different expectations & organizational habits

mistakes I made - I first internalized issues that were out of my control &  took responsibility for things that were not mine to own. 

what I learned - that managing up is a skill I want to improve on & that it is not my responsibility to fix everything & to remind myself that my best is enough

while managing:
well - establishing relationships & completing service alongside members when needed

not well/mistakes - not enough clarity on what responsibilities I should be taking point on & confusion on my end translated into me not having answers to support the AMC team

learned - set expectations & reinforce in the beginning, check in more regularly
