¼ cup butter (add a bit more if you want)

¼ egg (mix it a little and measure. Put in ¼)

¼ teaspoon vanilla

1/16 cup granulated sugar + a little

1/4 cup brown sugar

¼ or ½ flour

⅛ + ¼ /scant half tsp baking soda (or baking powder if you are not using cocoa powder)

1 tablespoon of honey

Cocoa powder (scant ¼ cup) (substitute for flour if you don’t want chocolate)

Ratio of butter to egg: ¼ (cup) butter: ¼ egg (mix and measure. Put in a fourth of it)

Ratio of vanilla to baking soda: 1:1.5-ish? ¼ teaspoon vanilla means a scant half teaspoon of baking powder.

Ratio of flour to cocoa powder (in cups): .20:.6

Honey as desired. Add it though.

Ratio of granulated sugar to brown sugar(in cups): .06:.25

Ratio of butter to cocoa powder (in cups): .25:.6

Ratio of vanilla to brown sugar(in teaspoons): 1-1

Bake for ten minutes in a convection oven heated to 350 degrees. A conventional oven will be heated to 375 degrees and baked for the same time.

Cream the butter and the sugar. Add the wet ingredients minus the honey and mix.

Add the dry ingredients and the honey. I recommend one tablespoon if you are using ¼ cup butter. Mix and drop onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake and enjoy!
