When the Pre-frontal cortex is affected by stress it impacts, focus and attention, coordinating complex abilities, regulating emotions, and making decisions. Stress reduces creativity by, increasing cognitive load, narrows focus to potential dangers, and disrupts the brain networks involved in creativity, leading to tunnel vision and the inability to think and generate ideas.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This scenario is most interesting to me because no physical traumatic damage was done to the brain, it was all mental and it still have a major impact. Stress causing the brain to not be able to retain information is very intriguing. Also, how the cure to it is just relaxing and rest. Learning about the brain in everyday life is important because it enhances well being and it is important to know about the human body and its functions in case of dangers.</p>]]></description>
