         <description><![CDATA[<div>Those rights were extremely important to the founding fathers.&nbsp;<br>They were terrified that our government would one day become just as corrupt and unjust as their previous rulers. That resulted in one of the most uniquely free countries in history. &nbsp;<br>We have more rights than most people in modern times in other first world countries have much less third world. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Those amendments were all added much after the original constitution and bill of rights were ratified. These rights were added as time wore on to accommodate other things that we came across that needed to be legally regulated.&nbsp;<br>These in some places roadblocks in others regulations to keep people safe were not originally thought of when the bill of rights was originally drafted or the time was not right for them in that era. </div>]]></description>
