It is a new shop and currently in progress preparing opening.

First day of internship, I was ordered to learn from the U Mobile trainer. Besides, he has telling me some basic information of U Mobile for example the prepaid simpacks of U Mobile (Power). Lastly he ask me learn slowly because he scare me will confuse on it. 
I try my best to memorize and jot down what he said to me. Before he leaves, he has passed me the U Mobile uniforms, brochure and banners.

My job field is working as an accountant assistant of the company. Because of it is a new shop and lack of human resource so I have to make sales and dealing daily routine  management and transactions.

Working hours: 1100-2200.

Working day:  6 days a week. 

Off day: Wednesday

 

On the same day, the manager has brought me and other shop colleagues go to celebrate Chinese New Year dinner at Seoul Garden Aman central, Alor Setar.

My manager and colleagues all are very nice and friendly. #happy first day internship 

 

After that, I assigned to arrange simpacks by using own creativity to make it neat and easy for customers to choose numbers.

 

Autocount system is an accounting system to help a business run their business using computers and it will the company save the time and cost of accounting.

 

I had learned this system since SIEP on the before company so today is a wonderful day for me.^^

 

He had taught me step by step, and explainanation many for me to easily understand that make me learn faster and I happy to learn new things from others.

First, I have to explain how was the procedure progress and what should customer to give their collaboration is just reply message ‘Y’ or ‘YES’ for sure the current number is active. Then, I will help them apply this procedure by using online. It will take 24 hours to process and wait to receive confirmation message from their current operator. After the confirmation message, their network will be lost and customers have to change the simcard (3 in 1 sim @ nano sim) that I had given to them.

I felt very thankful because customer believe on me and want switch to U Mobile and special deal with me.  I told to customer when anything is complete with your current operator then please tell me, and then I will proceed to apply MNP.

Today U Mobile had launching new Postpaid Plan P78 only at RM78.00 which has Unlimited Calls and Unlimited Data. Besides, it also can get unlimited App-Onz (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), unlimited Waze, unlimited Music-Onz(Joox, FM, and etc), Hotspot 10GB, Data Roaming 5GB in 12 contries (Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan and so on)

I felt very excited and happy because after motivation we all have the spirit to serve customers better. Today, I and colleagues are very hardworking to push sales to show our effort on work. Today result was 6 MNP from other operator change to U Mobile Postpaid plan, 2 new postpaid plans and sought 6 pieces smartphones to customers. 

  

Today is my last day internship in this company. A billion thanks to my Manager, Mr. Ng because he taught me so much techniques and skills that was very useful in our daily life. Besides, thanks to my lovely colleagues also because we learnt and work together. Honestly, I feel very appreciates and thankful because of them.
