         <description><![CDATA[<div>Copyright is a law in the united states. it states that if you want to use someone else's work you have to ask permission, you have to pay if needed,&nbsp; you will also need to add credit to the author.<br>&nbsp;Good example: i use this picture of a dog as a background of a poster i'm making i ask for permission and pay and also also add credit.<br>Bad example: Gabbie used a picture asked for permission and payed but she forgot to add credit.</div>]]></description>
