They can also observe at home when it is dark for homework and note differences. (Of course, always making it clear that it is never ok to look at the sun and reviewing safety protocals when observing the sky.) </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students can create egg carton planters to start growing bean plants or other cheap and easy plants.  Groups can grow 3 types in 3 different soils, potting soil, soil from outside in the school yard, and maybe soil contaminated with vinegar or salt to demonstrate the adverse effects concentrated elements made by man can have on plant life.  Vinegar is provided in our amplify science kits as well.</div>]]></description>
