         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi everyone, here is an example of what I am looking for in a comment:<br>I believe that both sides of the war deserve some blame, but that most of the blame is on the United States government agents. The U.S. government agents withheld food from the Dakota because of the late government payments, but the Dakota people could not control that, and began to starve. After the killings at Acton, some Dakota decided to fight and began the war. This is why I think the U.S. government is more to blame for the U.S./Dakota war. <br><br>Please give at least one reason for your opinion, and end with a concluding sentence.
