Is grammar the most important to learn English?

I wouldn't say that grammar is the most important thing. If you're learning English, you should try to develop your skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening evenly. Studying just one aspect of a language will make it monotonous and more difficult, because you're not getting the benefit of reinforcement from multiple directions.

However, if you're having trouble with the grammar of English, or if your native language has a basic word order very different from English, it probably is important to put special effort into studying grammar, not because it's more important, but because it's no less important than any other aspect of language learning.

Remember, you're limited by whatever aspect of the language you're worst at. You won't get an opportunity to demonstrate your good grammar if you don't have the vocabulary to use it on. Likewise, cramming vocabulary ahead of time won't do you much good, because a lot of subtle connotations and questions of usage are best learned in context. You'll find it easier to memorize vocabulary if you can pronounce the terms correctly, even if only in your head, but if your pronunciation is too good, it won't do you any good. In fact, I know from my own experience that having good pronunciation in a foreign language can be harmful, because it leads people to assume I understand more than I do.

Just try to develop your English skills in a balanced way. There's a lot of nitpicking involved in grammar. You're not expected to be perfect.
