This neighborhood features a beautiful community pool that is a known favorite gathering spot for residents. While I was walking around the area, I found a couple walking, so I asked about the pool. They shared how much they love having such a relaxing and social space just steps from their homes. This couple also mentioned how they often come here with friends and family, whether it’s for a quick swim, or simply catching up with neighbors. It’s clear the pool is hub of connection and enjoyment for the whole community.

As I was driving through the neighborhood, I noticed that some of the lines in the new parking lots were already starting to fade, which caught me by surprise considering how recently they were done. I spoke with a few residents nearby, and they mentioned that one of the biggest issues they face is the ongoing construction. They also pointed out that the newer additions to the community are sometimes not as well designed.

This neighborhood has a Les Schwab just around the corner, which is super convenient for residents. It’s a real plus knowing that if anyone runs into car trouble, whether it’s a flat tire, battery issue, or just routine maintenance they don’t have to go far to get it taken care of. A few people even mentioned how helpful it is to have a trusted shop so close by, and how it adds a little peace of mind, knowing reliable help is right down the street.

Cross walks

As I was going through the neighborhood, I noticed that many of the crosswalks had curbs that extended out into the street. I thought that was a really smart design, and would help drivers slow down by narrowing the road at key crossing points, making pedestrians more visible and encouraging safer speeds. It’s clear that the neighborhood has put thought into walkability and safety.

Last time I went through this neighborhood, I mentioned how there wasn’t much parking for the residents. I came across this, and thought I was nice this field got extended to be a parking thought, since before it was nothing. The residents also mentioned how more accessible it was then having to park on a busy street.

Going back to this neighborhood, I could tell it was an overall great community. kids playing together in the yards, and neighbors seemed genuinely connected. On top of that, the area was surrounded by plenty of convenient stores and diverse food spots, making it not only friendly but also very practical and enjoyable to live in. I think this was a very cool experience, I knew of this neighborhood, but never really the inside of it. This makes me want to explore more places, because you never know what you will find.
