An innovator in the realm of urban revitalization, he leads his company in scouting locations in depressed areas and transforming them into vibrant centers of activity via insightful and modern renovations. Using his creative expertise, Alon Barzilay has a hand in all elements of his company’s operation, from selecting sites to overseeing the design elements that go into their transformations. Prior to entering the professional sphere, Alon Barzilay completed degrees through two prestigious schools in the Northeast. After earning a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, he completed a master’s degree in housing and real estate development at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. In an effort to network with other like-minded people, Mr. Barzilay maintains membership in the Philadelphia and New York City chapters of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
