I do agree that people are cut off from animals because we are only used to interacting with domesticated animals. But I do not mean this in a negative way. I think it is for our own good because wild animals could bite, sting, scratch, and even carry diseases.

I agree with the quote "Now people are cut off from animals unless they have a dog or a cat." Nobody that I know (that is local) has a horse. I think that people are cut off from animals except for cats and dogs. I have a little more diversity in my house. I have a parrot 4 dogs 1 cat, 10 fish and 2 snails. I think that when people slowly loose the connection with animals because people get phones and they loose interest in doing stuff with your animals. going back to my previous statement, I think that you can get more diversity when you live in more royal areas.

I believe that this is true sadly, we are being cut off from animals unless we have a cat or a dog. If you live on a farm, you will, but many people live in cities which makes it hard to have a pet. I have 5 fish and 2 snails in my room that I take care of. My family has 1 dog named Mac

I agree with Temple because back when people depended on farms we saw or interacted with animals everyday to survive almost. But now in this day and age animal interaction isn't required to thrive. For example, when I visit my grandma in Africa she needs her chickens and cow to survive, otherwise she wouldn't be able to eat or get milk.
