Its one of their strengths. Having a positive attitude affects the demeanor of the classroom. If students feel the good positive energy they will be more engaged, and motivated. The students will feel the support the teacher is giving them, it relaxes their bodies. Especially if there are students were struggle with anxiety, coming into a room where you know it's going to be a positive environment will reduce that stress feeling. Not only will the teacher and students build a relationship but students will build relationships with their peers because they feel encouraged to. Teaching isn't easy but changing your frown into a smile can change the whole day in a great way.
