disrespecting elders and immature behavior. Parents fear that children will pick up these negative behaviors due to the TV shows. Parents want their kids to respect adults and have positive influences like being kind to others. Finally, Cast Members are being payed poorly at the parks. Disney pays them so low that they can't even pay for basic needs. They need to also pay bills as well such as rent and utilities but since Disney gives them an unfair pay they can't afford it. Therefore, this is why Disney has so far they have not been demon staring good corporate citizenship. They raised the prices too high for middle class, portrayed negative influences in the children televisions shows and pay their park employees too low. Looks like Disney is not the world's happiest place at all. 

2.                   The second recommendation I have is to have more TV shows that have positive role models. Parents are not happy with the Disney Channels show with the characters disobeying adults. If Disney made their TV shows with more positive influences, children might look up to those characters as role models due to their good behavior. Since the parents of the child are most like going to monitor what they watch, the have exceptions for a kids TV show to be appropriate  for kids and have positive roles models for them to look up to. 

3.                        The third recommendation is to lower prices at the Disney Parks to make it affordable for the middle class. Disney Parks are not country clubs, they are for everyone in all classes.  It's supposed to be "The Happiest Place on Earth" but if people can't afford it due to the high pricing, people aren't going to come. Disney should make their parks welcome to the middle class and the lower classes in the Capitalist System. Therefore, if they lower their prices, more people could come and be more affordable for the middle class.

 The Cast Members are also having a hard time paying their basic needs. How this related to the TSI is that customers can't enjoy going to the parks if the workers are on strike and are unhappy with the company's negotiations.
