I loved the engagement with your students during play stations. You did a great job at enforcing your classroom rules during the writing workshop despite your littles getting the fidgets. Maybe in the future set the expectation that those on good behavior will be rewarded by getting to sit down first and start witting workshop at the beginning of your explanation to encourage consistent engagement.  I also loved your emphasis to your students that your picture was fine the way it was since it was how you see yourself and set up the understanding in regards to their pictures through that interaction.
