Heart is beating too fast and calories are flying away !
One of the most beautiful workouts.

Thomas is surely my motivation.
My first session was few months ago.
 
At first, we identified the minimum strength needed to perform the correct exercises, then we started with basic warm up and stretch exercises, we switched to harder and more specific workouts to address each and every muscle.
I trust Thomas, this said, i know i will keep achieving more and more.
