Our school uses a lot of paper, electricity and plastic. That is not good for the planet 🌍.
So, your mission is:

🎯 Imagine and design your dream eco-school!
A fun, smart and green school that helps take care of the environment.

You will work in teams of 4 and create a special presentation in English to show your ideas!

WEEK 1: PLAN AND THINK

🧠 First, you will:

• Work in your team (4 students).

• Use Padlet to share ideas and pictures: What does an eco-school look like?

• Learn and write words in English:
  ➤ Parts of the school: classroom, library, garden...
  ➤ Eco-objects: solar panels, recycling bins...
  ➤ Eco-actions: save water, recycle paper...

You will use Google Docs to write your first ideas in English ✍️.

🎨 Now, it's time to create!

• Use Canva or Google Slides to make a digital presentation (at least 6 slides):

  1. Name of your eco-school

  2. Description of the school

  3. What eco-actions people do

  4. What materials you use

  5. Tips to protect the planet 🌱

• You can also make a model (maqueta) of your school (real or digital with Tinkercad).

• Practice your oral presentation in English (at least 3 minutes).

🎤 It’s showtime!

• Each group presents their project to the class (in English!).

• Then, record a short Flip video (2 minutes) saying:

  • What did we learn?

  • What would we do differently?

• Share your ideas on Jamboard to reflect about teamwork and learning.

Each student has a special job:

• 🧭 Leader – organizes the team and tasks

• 🔍 Researcher – looks for information and new words

• 🎨 Designer – makes the slides or model

• 🎙️ Speaker – practices and presents in English
